2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and buy a subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. What the service does and doesn't do

• ViralScope analyzes the information available to it and offers suggestions. Analyses may be incomplete or wrong, especially when only public data is available.
• We do not guarantee any result, including views, followers, engagement, income or sales.
• Analyses, recommendations and trend reports are produced by automated systems. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the links, analytics exports and other material you submit. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. Only submit content and analytics you have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access other users' data, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.
• Don't use automated tools to submit requests at volume or scrape the service.
• Don't use the service to analyze content to harass, impersonate or harm others.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are governed by our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.

7. Ending your account
