Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Account data: your email address and a salted, hashed password (we never store your actual password).
- Content you submit: TikTok usernames and links, numbers and captions you enter, analytics exports (CSV) you upload, saved ideas, planner entries, and the analyses we produce from them.
- Billing data: paid plans aren't open yet, so we hold no billing data. When they open, payments will be handled by Stripe and we'll store only a customer reference and your plan status, never your card number.
- Usage and security data: request logs, and a one-way hash of your IP address used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To provide analyses and recommendations, manage your subscription, prevent abuse, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare (website hosting, database and security)
- TikTok (the usernames and video links you enter are sent to TikTok's official embed service to confirm them)
- Stripe (payments, once paid plans open)
Your choices
- Delete individual analyses, or your whole history, at any time from History or Settings.
- Delete your whole account and its data instantly from Settings.
- Contact us to access or correct your data. [Insert privacy contact email.]
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within [30] days of an account deletion request, except where we must keep records (for example invoices) by law.
Regional rights
[Lawyer to complete: CCPA/CPRA disclosures for California residents, GDPR/UK GDPR rights and lawful bases if serving the EU or UK, children's privacy statement.]
